The result is a defused earthly tone against an off-white canvas giving the new property a very strong sense of security and home. The outdoor deck, the dining table, the marble wall where the TV sits and the interior washed matte floor tiles are all carefully curated and matched to achieve the design intention.
DESIGN WONT SAVE THE WORLD,
BUT IT DAMN SURE MAKES IT LOOK GOOD
MARCUS LOU

1. EARL OF EAST
Though down to earth, the Dry Kitchen was given a quality quartz counter top by Silestone in matte finish so it has the same design language throughout. The bedrooms, with their original dark varnish timber floor are designed for the occupants to wind down through the darker but still modern matte colours lit only by hidden lights and quirky little hanging pendant lights.

2. OPULENT 30
We parked the dining table adjacent to the kitchen island coupled with an interesting arch with black mirror and thus created a nice focal point. Display wardrobe was designed to have a floating effect and to achieve a visual transparency for the bedroom.

3. VILLA 14
A feature wall colour was chosen to create a cosy and elegant mood. The featured paint line was set at this particular height to give the space a higher impression at the eye level.
